摘要
消费观念是人们使用可支配收入的价值取向和决策准则。现有消费观念反映了人们对社会经济的感受和预期。转变消费观念,需要系统思维和举措:在宏观层面,应完善收入分配和社会保障体系,应对人口结构的变化;在微观层面,应从消费便利化、消费热点、消费心理、消费环境、群体效应、流通安全、保护消费者权益等方面着手。
Consumption concept is the value orientation and the decision criteria when we use disposable income. The current consumption concept reflects the opinion and the anticipation of people to the social economy. Transiting the consumption concept needs our systematic thinking and methods: at the macroscopic level, the system of income distribution and social security should be completed so as to cope with the demographic structure changes; at the microscopic level, such aspects as consumption facilitation, consumption fads, consumption psychology, consumption environment, population effect, circulation security and consumer rights protection should be addressed.
