摘要
对美国公司模式下高管薪酬体系的发展历史及相关争论进行了总结和梳理,并对高管高薪酬引发的相关经济及社会现象进行了反思。高管薪酬体系对企业的竞争力和经济发展有重要影响,同时也是社会公平的重要指向标之一。如何提高公众对高管薪酬制度的认同度,是高管薪酬体系当前阶段面临的主要挑战。
This paper summarized the development and arguments of senior executives' salary system in American company mode, and reflected on the social phenomena caused by senor executives' high salary. Senior executives' salary system significantly influences enterprise development and economic development, and is an important indicator of social fairness. The current challenge for the senior ex- ecutives' salary system is to promote citizen' s acceptance of the senior executives' salary system.
