摘要
针对当前高校实际情况,从系统控制的角度,分析高校校、院、室(组)三级财务管理体系架构和运行机制,提出高校分级财务管理的基本要素和系统运行要求。
The implementation of hierarchical financial management mode in a university is very meaningful for optimizing its internal governance structure and perfecting the modern university system. On the basis of current university situation and the system theory, the three level financial man- agement system and its operation mechanism are analyzed in this paper, and the basic elements and operating requirements for hierarchical financial management are put forward too. So it is useful for exploring a suitable financial management mode of modern university.
