心理干预对2型糖尿病病人血糖控制的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF MENTAL INTERVENTION ON BLOOD SUGAR IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

目的研究心理干预对2型糖尿病病人血糖的影响。方法选择2011年3—9月在我院内分泌科住院的60例2型糖尿病病人作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组病人给予饮食控制、药物治疗、对症治疗以及糖尿病病人常规护理;试验组病人在与对照组相同治疗的基础上进行心理干预护理。1个月后分别测定两组病人的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖,分析心理干预对2型糖尿病血糖控制的影响。结果试验组病人的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖下降值显著高于对照组(t=3.994、6.107,P<0.05)。结论心理干预能显著改善2型糖尿病病人血糖控制状况。

Objective To study the effect of mental intervention （MI）on blond sugar in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods From March to September 2011, 60 patients with T2DM treated in Department of Endocrinology of our hospital were selected as the object of this study, who were evenly randomized to control and experimental groups. The patients in the control group were treated with alimentary control, medication, symptomatic treatment and diabetic usual care; those in the experimental group were added with MI besides the same management as that in the control group. One month later, the bloodfasting sugar and 2 hours postprandial blood sugar were determined, respectively. The influence of MI on the control of blood sugar was analyzed. Results The descending value of both fasting blood sugar and 2 hours postprandial blood sugar were higher in the experimental group versus the control group （t=3. 994,6. 107;P〈0.05）. Conclusion M1 can dramatically improve the condi- tion of blood sugar control in patients with T2DM.
