摘要
目的探讨某医院各临床科室医疗质量情况。方法以TOPSIS法评价某医院临床科室医疗质量。结果各科室医疗质量存在差异,其中心脏中心综合评价结果最好。结论通过比较分析,可找出影响各科室医疗质量的主要问题并加以改进,以提高其医疗质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of medical care of clinical divisions in a certain hospital. Methods The quality of medical care of clinical divisions in a certain hospital was evaluated by using TOPSIS method. Results The differ- ences existed among different divisions in terms of the quality of medical care, of which, the best being the cardiology centre. Conclusion Through comparison and analysis, the problems that influence the quality of medical care can be found and upgraded, so as to improve the quality.
