防水材料对厨卫间瓷砖饰面系统性能的影响研究

Study on Effects of Waterproofing Materials on Ceramic Tile Facing System of Kitchen and Toilet

在厨卫间瓷砖饰面系统中,防水材料、粘贴材料和瓷砖的匹配性对系统的稳定性非常重要。在不同聚合物含量的水泥基防水浆料的基材上用不同粘贴材料铺贴不同吸水率的瓷砖,测试系统的粘结强度,结果表明,低聚合物含量的水泥基防水浆料和TTB瓷砖胶配套使用,系统的粘结力最佳,相容性更好,更适用于厨卫间。

The matching among waterproofing materials, adhesives and ceramic tiles is important to the stability of ceramic tile facing system of kitchen and toilet. Ceramic tiles with different water absorption rates were paved on cementitious waterproofing slurries of different polymer content by different adhesives. The bonding strength among the materials was tested. The results showed that the system had good bonding strength and compatibility when using cementitious waterproofing slurry with low polymer content and TI＇B ceramic tile adhesive together, which was more suitable for kitchen and toilet.
