摘要
为了研究者提供直接的试验优化方法的各种对比信息,介绍了常用的几种优化设计方法——析因设计、正交设计、均匀设计和响应面设计,分别从基本定义、应用特点、相应的数据处理方法及应用范围、优缺点等方面进行了阐述与对比。结果表明,不同的优化设计方法的适用面不同,研究者应根据自己的实际需要慎重选择,其中响应面设计由于其独特的优点正越来越受到关注,国际化应用面较广。研究结果可以为科学合理的选择试验优化设计方法提供一定的借鉴。
In order to provide the information of optimal experimental design methods for researchers, several optimization methods--factorial design, orthogonal design, uniform design and response surface methodology, which were usually used in industrial and agricultural production and scientific research, were introduced briefly. The principle, characteristics, date processing method, application and advantages and disadvantages were expounded on respectively. Some reference is provided for scientific choice of the optimal experiment design methods. The results show that the response surface methodology is applied widely in the world.
