摘要
针对实验教学"秩序的建立、环节的精炼,与科研工作的协调"等问题,诠释了标准化"统一、简化和协调"等最优化原理对基础实验教学的影响,开展了标准化建设的基本要素、必要举措和优化方法的实证研究。通过统一工作程序,创新工作方法,以获取最佳的教学秩序;通过精炼必要环节,形成系列管理规范,以满足全面的教学需求;通过协调相关关系,整合优质资源,激活运行机制,以产生显著教学效果。从而建立起实验教学与实验室一体化管理创新体系,以充分发挥基础实验教学在人才培养教育中的重要作用。
In view of the problems in basic experiments teaching, the effect of optimized theory (such as unification, simplification and coordination) on experiments teaching was elaborated on. Empirical studies were conducted on basic elements, activities and optimization methods concerning standardization. Optimum teaching orders were obtained by unifying working procedures and innovating working methods. The overall teaching needs were satisfied by simplifying management regulations. The experimental teaching effects were improved by coordinating relationships, integrating resources and activating operation mechanisms. Practice indicated that this standardization produced marked effects in basic experimental teaching.
