Development of a Management System for the Teaching and Research Integration Team in Universities

在对国内外多个高校团队管理信息系统进行比较研究的基础上,针对教学科研一体化团队的项目申报、实施和结题等过程的实际需求,设计了一个基于.NET开发平台的教学与科研管理系统。系统采用客户机/服务器(C/S)模式,利用文件传输协议(FTP)进行文件传输,将建立的结构化查询语言数据库存储在服务器中,用户根据相应权限对其进行访问与操作。该系统具有团队成员信息、教学与科研成果、项目申报材料、项目年度进展报告、结项、报奖材料管理、数据维护和系统设置等基本功能。经实际试运行,本系统具备快速、实时、准确、安全的特点,大大提高了教学与科研管理的效率。

A special information management system is developed based on . NET platform to satisfy the requirements of the application, implementation and completion of the research and teaching program after a comparison of several information management systems for the teaching and research integration team. In the system framework of client/server （C/S） mode, files are transferred in the File Transfer Protocol （FTP）, and data are stored in a structured query language （SQL Server） database. Users are permitted to visit and operate the database in their own corresponding authority. Basic contents are centered in this system, such as team member information, teaching and research achievements, program applications, annual progress reports, awards and their corresponding identification materials,＂ data maintenance and system settings. Practical test shows that the system improves the efficiency of teaching and scientific research management, with its features of convenience, accuracy, safety and real-time process.
