红外线照射中药溻渍疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效分析

目的:在理论研究的基础上,应用自拟行气止痛方(药物组成是:金钱草、木香、郁金、元胡、川楝子、胆草、白芍、甘草)对慢性胆囊炎患者采用红外线照射中药溻渍的方法进行治疗,评价此疗法的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院肝脾胃病科住院部收治的慢性胆囊炎患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对治疗组患者应用红外线照射中药溻渍疗法(自拟行气止痛方)进行治疗,连续为其治疗4周为一个疗程,对对照组患者采用目前临床上治疗慢性胆囊炎最常用的疗法(口服胆康胶囊)进行治疗,连续为其治疗4周为一个疗程。完成一个疗程的治疗后,观察所有患者的症状、体征及胆囊彩超的变化,并为其填写病例调查表,将两组患者的临床疗效及临床资料进行回顾性的分析,总结红外线照射中药溻渍疗效治疗慢性胆囊炎的优势。结果:在30例治疗组患者中,疗效判定等级为治愈的患者有12例,疗效判定等级为显效的患者有10例,疗效判定等级为有效的患者有6例,疗效判定等级为无效的患者有2例,治疗总有效率为93.00%,在30例对照组患者中,疗效判定等级为治愈的患者有8例,疗效判定等级为显效的患者有6例,疗效判定等级为有效的患者有8例,疗效判定等级为无效的患者有8例,治疗总有效率为73.00%。经统计学分析,治疗组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:应用红外线照射中药溻渍疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎(湿热蕴结证)的临床疗效显著,说明此疗法是一种有效的、安全可靠的治疗慢性胆囊炎的方法,值得在临床上推广应用。
