摘要
目的:改进和提高热炎宁片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别蒲公英;HPLC法测定虎杖中大黄素的含量,色谱柱为RP-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20);检测波长为287nm。结果:蒲公英鉴别具有专属性,阴性无干扰;含量测定大黄素进样量在0.03056~0.3056μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系R2=1,平均回收率为101.19%,RSD为2.40(%n=6)。结论:该方法可用于热炎宁片的质量控制。
Objective To improve the quality standard for Reyanning Tablets. Methods Herba Taraxaci were identified by TLC,and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati(emodin) was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions were: RP-CI8 column, mobile phase of MeOH-water (80:20) and detection wavelength at 287 nm. Result The identifications of Herba Taraxaci, were specific. HPLC for the determination of emodin showed a good linear relationship in the concentration rang of 0.03056N0.3056g (r=0.9995) and the average recovery was up to 101.19%, RSD was 2.40% (n=6). Conclusion These methods can be used for the quality control of Reyanning Tablets.
