右美托咪定在ICU镇静中的临床疗效观察

目的探讨右美托咪定在ICU镇静中的临床疗效。方法治疗组120例予以右美托咪定镇静,对照组120例予以咪达唑仑镇静,比较两组Ramsay评分镇静情况、每日唤醒情况、ICU住院时间。结果治疗组Ramsay评分在2—4分占97.6%,对照组Ramsay评分在2—4分占72%(P<0.05),治疗组每日唤醒100%,对照组每日唤醒62%(P<0.05),治疗组ICU平均住院时间约5.9天,对照组ICU平均住院时间约8.3天(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定在ICU镇静中更能控制,且能降低ICU住院时间。

Objective To explore Dexmedetomidine clinical curative effect In the ICU in sedationoMethods 120 cases in treatment group shall be Dexmedetomidine for sedation, 120 cases of control group was composed of hebron shall be Midazolam,compared between the two groups Ramsay score sedation situation,daily, wake up,the length of time the ICU.Results The treatment group Ramsay score in 2,4 points is occupied 97. 6%,the control group Ramsay score in 2.4 points to 72%（P〈0.05）.the treatment group and control group in daily awaken 100% daily wake up 62%（P 〈0.05）,the treatment group average the length of time the ICU about 5.9 days, and the control group average the length of time the ICU about 8.3 days（P〈O.OS）.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine in ICU in sedation more can control,and can reduce the length of time the ICU, clinical use is promotion.
