宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效及影响因素分析

Hysteroscopic electric resection of submucosal myoma of uterus treated by curative effect and analysis of influencing factors

目的研究分析宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效及影响因素;方法以我院2009年12月—2011年12月采用宫腔镜电切术治疗的子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者30例为研究对象。对研究对象的手术方法,手术疗效,患者满意率及子宫穿孔、水中毒、大出血、感染等并发症进行分析,证实手术治疗的疗效及安全性;结果 30例研究对象均顺利完成宫腔镜电切手术治疗,术后患者均未出现子宫穿孔、水中毒、大出血、感染等并发症,患者中0型和Ⅰ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者术后满意率达100%,Ⅱ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者术后满意率达88.9%,术后平均患者满意率93.3%;结论宫腔镜电切术在治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤中具有疗效显著,创伤小,安全性高等优势,适于临床推广使用。

II type submucous myoma of uterus patient~ who underwent the satisfaction rate reaches 88.9%. the average patient satisfaction rate 93.3%： Conclusion hysteroscopy electricity cut method in the treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus with curative effect is distinct, small trauma, safety higher advantage.suitable for clinical use promotion.
