用腹腔镜手术治疗72例萎缩性胆囊炎的疗效分析

Analysis the clinical curative effect of 72 cases of atrophic cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨用腹腔镜手术治疗萎缩性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2010年11月～2011年11月于我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的72例萎缩性胆囊炎患者作为观察组,另选取同时期在我院接受开腹手术治疗的72例萎缩性胆囊炎患者作为对照组。对这两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并比较其手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况和术后并发症的发生情况等。结果:①观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后胃肠功能的恢复情况均优于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有显著性(p<0.05);②观察组患者术后并发症的发生率和止痛药使用率均低于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:用腹腔镜手术治疗萎缩性胆囊炎具有疗效好、创伤小、并发症少等优点,是一种值得在临床上推广和应用的萎缩性胆囊炎治疗法。

Objective Analysis and discuss the clinical curative effect of atrophic cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic surgery. Methods Randomly to select 72 cases of atrophic cholecystitis patients regarded as observation group from November 2010 to November 2011 in our hospital.The observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery treatment.ln addition, to select 72 cases of atrophic cholecystitis patients regarded as control group from the same period, treated by Laparotomy operation.Compare with intraoperatve blood soss, complications, operation time,and analysis the clinical curative effect. Results Through the comparative analysis,we found that the intraoperatve blood soss, operation time and recovery of gastrointestinal function time of observation group were better than the control group （p 〈 0.05）. the complication rate and painkillers utilization rate are less than control group （p 〈 O.05）.The differences are significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of atrophic cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic surgery is distinct, and has no ~.=rious complications, deserved clinical application.
