降低国产清梳联短绒棉结的工艺研究

Processing Research about Decreasing the Neps Due to Short Fibre on Domestic Blowing-carding Units

为了减少国产清梳联纺出生条中的短绒、棉结 ,对流程中FA0 0 6型往复抓棉机、FA1 0 6型锯片打手开棉机、ZFA1 72型棉箱和FA2 0 3型梳棉机进行了工艺参数优选 ,优选工艺参数使生条短绒减少了 2 2 0 4 %、棉结减少了 42 %、条干CV %值、细纱断裂功都有不同程度的改善。

In order to decrease the short fibres and the neps of card sliver on domestic blowing\|carding units,this paper optimized the processing parameters of FA006 reciprocating bale plucker,FA106 saw\|preces beater opening machine,ZFA172 blowing\|carding units hopper and FA203 card,by using the optimum processing parameters,the short fibre content of card sliver was decreased 22.4%,the nep was cut down 42%,the yarn coefficient of variation and the yarn rupture work were improved to varying degrees.
