摘要
设计了一个自动应答系统,使船舶驾驶人员可以通过海事卫星F台和C台发出请求,获取太平洋和印度洋中网格点处的数字化海面风速变化趋势。此结果以全球天气数值预报产品为基础,针对不同海区的情况用分析模式加以修正,具有很高的可信度。
A new auto-response system is developed to provide the surface wind speed trend per Captain＇s request at half degree grid points in Pacific and Indian Ocean. Message transitions can be delivered by Inmarsat satellite F/C system. Based on advanced ECMWF global weather simulation model and adjusted by statistical rending method according to local condition, the forecast results are proven to contain high reliabilities.
