滨海电厂凝汽器阴极保护系统的研究及应用

Research and Application of Cathode Protection System of Condenser in Binhai Power Plant

滨海电厂凝汽器的冷却介质具有较强的腐蚀性,为防止凝汽器被腐蚀,在某300MW机组凝汽器上安装了阴极保护系统。该保护系统采用多点分散控制的外加电流阴极保护和涂层联合保护的方法,保护系统的控制可靠,方案设计新颖,能有效地抑制凝汽器管板、冷凝管、水室等结构件的腐蚀。

Due to the high corrosiveness of the condenser cooling medium in Binhai Power Plant, a cathode protection system was equipped on a 300 MW unit condenser to avoid condenser corrosion. The impressed current cathode protection with multi-points distributed control and combined coating protection have been applied in the system. The corrosion on tubesheet, condensate tubes and water boxes of condenser shall be effectively controlled by the newly designed and reliable protection system.
