摘要
SCR烟气脱硝中的催化剂是脱硝系统的重要核心,但价格高昂的催化剂的使用寿命有限,催化剂的消耗对于脱硝系统的运行成本有着重大影响。为此,分析了失活催化剂在现阶段的回收及再生情况,对能否为电厂减少经济开支以节约运行成本及减少废弃催化剂带来的二次污染进行了探讨。
The catalyst is the core of denitration system in SCR flue gas denitration. For the service life of the expensive catalyst is limited, catalyst consumption in the denitration system has a great influence on the operation cost. Therefore, recovery and regeneration of deactivated catalyst in the stage have been analyzed in the paper. The problem of saving operating cost for the power plant and the possibility of reducing the secondary pollution brought by the waste catalyst have also been discussed.
