摘要
介绍了锭脚数显测试仪采用的电阻应变片动态测量装置 ,通过非电量电测法而精确的测定锭脚同轴度和轴承的内径尺寸。该测量仪实现了自动测量 ,使用方便 ,且可实行现场测试 ,较现行传统的手用塞规测量方法 ,明显提高了测量精度 ,解决了生产中的难题 ,有利于提高锭子的制造精度 ,改善轴承锭子的工作状态 ,提高锭子的使用寿命。
Digit display measuring instrument for bolster uses the resistance strain type dynamic measuring installation.It can measure the concentricity of bolster and the internal diameter of bearing hole continuously and accurately by the electric measuring method for non electric quantity.With this tester,automatic measuring can be made reality and the tester can be operated in line conveniently.Comparing with the conventional manual plug gauge,this tester can improve the measuring accuracy and work out a difficult problem for the factory.It can also improve manufacturing precision,lifetime,working condition of spindle.
