摘要
介绍了目前我国三氧化硫磺化装置中余热回收、循环预热以及转化系统绝热设计等几种节能技术的应用现状,概述了磺化尾气循环使用的试验过程,指出三氧化硫磺化生产装置磺化尾气循环使用的可行性。
This article introduces the status on reuse of extra heat in sulfation and sulphonation processes, specifically in preheating by recirculation, heat recovery in SO2 / SO3 conversion. It further reviews and discusses the feasibility in recovery and reuse of reactor SO3 / air gases.
