概述了热管的基本原理,分析了重力热管锅炉的基本结构形式,阐述了热管余热锅炉系列产品SO3磺化装置在工程实际中的应用,并通过智能化系统设计理念,使系统能够实现全自动安全运行,凸显出了其经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。
It summarized the fundamen tal principle of heat pipe, and analyzed the basic structure of gravity heat pipe boiler in this paper. Furthermore, it expounded the application of heat pipe waste heat boiler series products in the operation practice of S03 sulphonation device. The intelligent control system enabled the equipment to operate safely and automatically. The benefits in economic and social aspects as well as friendly environment were highlighted and confirmed.
