改革开放以来山东省产业结构演进过程分析

CHARACTERISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE EVOLUTION OF SHANDONG PROVINCE SINCE REFORM AND OPENING UP

运用产业结构演进评价指标和偏离一份额分析法，定量研究了改革开放以来山东省产业结构演进的特征．研究表明：改革开放以来，山东省与全国产业结构相似系数在O．98以上，产业结构趋同严重．就业产业结构系数呈下降趋势，但产业结构与就业结构整体处于失衡状态．产业结构转换速度系数经历了先下降后上升趋势，产业结构转换方向基本合理．三次产业的发展水平均高于全国平均水平，产业相对增长率、结构效果指数、竞争效果指数趋势均呈现先下降后上升的趋势，与不同时段产业偏离一份额分析结果基本一致．

This paper quantitatively analyezed dynamic evolution characteristics of industrial structure by using evaluation indexes and SSM since reform and opening. The research shows that： All of the similarity indexes are above 0.98, so the industrial structure of Shandong province and the whole nation is severely convergent. The index of employment structure and industrial structure was a downward trend, but employment structure and industrial structur is imbalance. The index of industrial structure conversion speed decreased first and increased afterwards, and the conversion of industrial structure was basically reasonable. The level of three industries was above the whole nations. The relative growth rate, the index of structure and the index of structure decreased first and increased afterwards, so the results were all basically identical with the SSM results of different periods.
