摘要
综述日本近几年免淘米生产装置的发展趋势 ,较为详尽地介绍湿法与干法 2种大米免洗化装置。针对国内免淘米生产现状 ,提出要制订免淘米统一的质量标准及相应的检测方法等几点建设性意见。
The present development of Japanese production equipment for clean white rice was overviewed. The white rice cleaning plants with wet and dry methods were detailed. Several constructive suggestions on working out unified quality standards and testing methods for clean white rice were made in accordance with present situation of clean white rice production in our country.
