摘要 在研发TDY型应答器产品过程中,遵照欧洲铁路标准SUBSET-036的要求开展工作,实现了自主研发的应答器产品与欧洲标准产品的通用。同时,为确保产品具备较高的安全完整性等级,在产品研发过程中贯彻EN 50126和EN 50129中的安全要求,即基于风险的安全设计理念,采用HAZOP和FMEA这2种铁路行业最常用的风险分析工具,确保产品风险被控制在一个可接受的水平,满足SIL4等级列车运行控制系统的运用要求。 During the product development of TDY type Balise, the work is carried out in accordance with European Railway Standard SUBSET-036 to realize the interoperability of the Balise product developed independently and product based on European standard. At the same time, safety requirements of EN50126 and EN50129 are carried out, i. e. risk-based safety design concept is adopted, in order to ensure the product has high safety integrity level. Most commonly used risk analysis tools HAZOP and FMEA in railway industry is adopted to ensure that the product risk is controlled within an acceptable level, which meets the application requirement for SIL4 train operation control system.
