摘要
"回归培养"就是通过学校与社会的联合,学生在大学期间走出校园进入社会工作岗位,即"读-工-读"培养模式。作为一种新兴的人才培养模式,回归教育与固有教学管理模式没有很好地融合起来;实施过程中还存在体制性障碍;实践教育与文化理论课容易脱节。为此,要在实施学分制、弹性学制的基础上改善高校的教育管理制度;加强学校与社会的联系,建立合作机制,真正做到相互服务。
"Regress Education" is implemented through the cooperation between school and society, in the course of which students work and study alternatively. As a new talent training model, it cannot yet coordinate with the present educational management. Besides, it also encounters institutional im-pediment. Therefore, in addition to credit system and flexible schooling system, we should also im-prove the educational management and strengthen the coordination between school and society.
