摘要
采集了中国 1 1个省的土样和草样共 2 3 1份 ,分离出了 1 70 0株链霉菌 .筛选结果是 :3 9 2 4号菌株在比基尼链霉菌筛选模型中抑制圈的直径为 2 0mm ,属于直径较大者 ;其黑色素生物合成抑制剂初提物对CV 1细胞的急性细胞毒性 (致毒质量浓度 )为 1 0mg/mL ,属于毒性较小者 .根据以上试验结果 ,作者确定 3 9 2 4号菌株为黑色素生物合成抑制剂研究的试验菌株 .
Approximately 1 700 Streptomyces strains isolated from 231 samples of soil and straw collected in 11 provinces in China were screened. The resulting zone of inhibition of melanin formation of Streptomyces sp. No.N39 24 in Streptomyces bikiniensis screening model is 20 mm which is one of the biggest; the acute cell toxicity index of its extraction to the CV 1 cell is 10 mg/mL which is one of the smallest. Strain N39 24 was chosen as the strain for the research on the melanin biosynthesis inhibitor based on those experimental results.
