GS Environmental Protection Sets of Liquid in Pathological Technology and Its Application

目的探讨一种新型的GS组织样本制备及染色套液(简称GS环保套液)进行组织石蜡制片的效果。方法不同类型的新鲜组织经GS环保套液的固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、染色、封片等,进行HE染色、免疫组化染色(IHC),并对染色结果进行判读。结果本套液制作的切片经染色后,细胞形态完整,染色效果好,IHC结果显示:细胞内抗原成分保存完好,阳性结果定位准确,背景清晰。结论 GS环保套液,具有无毒、无味、无污染、省时省力、安全可靠的特点,能够替代甲醛、二甲苯在病理技术工作中应用。

Objective To explore a novel GS tissue sample preparation and staining of sets of liquid （ GS environ- mental protection sleeve liquid） tissue paraffin effect. Methods Different types of fresh tissue by GS environmen- tal protection sleeve liquid fixed, dehydration, transparency, paraffin, dyeing, mount, HE staining, immunohisto- chemistry staining （IHC）, and to the dyeing results interpretation. Results The liquid produced by slicing the dyeing, cell morphological integrity, good dyeing effect, IHC results show, intracellular antigenic components of well -preserved, positive results of accurate positioning, clear background. Conclusion GS environmental pro- tection sets of liquid with non - toxic, tasteless, non - polluting, time - saving, safe and reliable characteristics, could instead of formaldehyde, xylene in pathologic technique application.
