摘要
医患沟通是医疗机构的医务人员在诊疗活动中与患者及其家属在信息方面、情感方面的交流,是医患之间构筑的一座双向交流的桥梁。应充分认识医患沟通是提高医疗质量,塑造医院形象的重要需要,同时也是保障患者与家属利益的需要。实践证明,医生在沟通交流中,只要正确、灵活地运用沟通技巧,就会取得患者的密切配合,使很多医疗纠纷得以化解,从而收到良好的效果,建立起和谐的医患关系。
The doctor - patient communication is medical staff of the medical institutions in medical activities with patients and their families in terms of information, emotional communication, is to build a two - way communica- tion bridge. We should fully recognize that the good communication between doctors , patients and their families can not only improve the medical quality, shapin~ the good image of a hospital in the public, but also guarantee the interests of patients and their families. In ourpractical work, thecommunication between doctors , patients and their families, as long as the correct, flexible use of lots of skills, will make patients and families cooperate close- ly, make a lot of medical dispute resolved, which get good results in establishing harmonious doctor - patient rela- tionship.
