绩效管理是公立医院管理体系中最关键的一环,其评价指标体系的有效构建决定了医院管理工作的科学性和成效性。从评价指标的确立与权重分配,再到后期动态管理,绩效管理指标体系的构建模式,是该项工作的核心内容。
Performance management is the most critical part of public hospital management system. An effective index system of performance evaluation determined the scientificalness and effectiveness of hospital management. The core contents of the index system included the determination of index and its weightiness, dynamic management, establishment mode.
