摘要
运用SWOT法分析军队集团化医院的发展战略,充分认清集团医院所处的环境,切实掌握医院现有的优劣势,积极把握医院发展的机遇,提出军队医院集团化战略、学科精品战略和军事战略的三大发展战略。
SWOT method was used to analyze the internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the development of military hospital groups. Based on the results, three development strategies were put forward： collectivization strategy, excellent discipline strategy and military strategy.
