The clinical abilities improvement of resident doctors is the basic and key link of medical training work, which also affects the personnel training, consolidation of discipline and technique advantage, and the sustainable development of the hospital. The article introduced the main measures of certain hospital in improving the residents＂ clinical abilities from three aspects, clinical thought ability, operating ability and doctor - patient communication ability. The measures established and perfected the training mechanism of hospital and made the improvement path for clinical ability.
