本文针对青年医师医疗谈话中存在问题,就改善沟通技巧及提高谈话修养提出用心关怀患者,平等交流,尊重患者的知情权,重视患者及其家庭成员的心理状态,形象化介绍诊疗措施,依托医院管理机构开展重大手术或者高风险诊疗活动行政谈话等措施。

According to the problems which existing in the medical conversation of young physician, the article presented following points to improve communication skills and conversation accomplishment： intentions of care for patients; equal conversation; to respect the patient＇s right to know; great importance to the psychological state of patients and their family members ; visualization to introduce upcoming clinics ; relying on hospital management agencies to carry out the administrative conversation about activities of major surgery or high - risk clinics.
