摘要 对军队文职护理人员的管理情况进行剖析,综合考量文职护理人员的工作业绩和在科室建设发展中的作用,指出构建和维系管理者与文职护理人员稳固的心理契约的重要性和必要性,并初步提出构建和实现这种心理契约的举措。 The article analyzed the situation of the management of non - active service nurse, then assessed their achievements and effects in the development of clinical department. The author also pointed out that a stable psychological contract played an important role in maintaining the relationship between managers and non - active service nurses. Finally, some suggestion were put forward to establish and realize the psychological contract.
