According to new requirements and missions of aero medical support during the air force transformation development stage, aiming to build up a first - class center of assessing and improve the service abilities for the flight crew, promote the effects of the aviation medicine trainings, many methods were adopted as making clear the development idea, integrating resources optimizing layouts and innovating the development model.
