改良张力带法治疗掌指骨干粉碎性骨折

Improved tension-belt-method for treating comminuted fracture of palm digital backbone

目的介绍应用改良张力带法治疗掌指骨干粉碎性骨折的方法。方法2006年9月-2011年9月。对我院2例掌骨干、7例指骨干粉碎性骨折应用改良张力带进行固定，术后辅以早期功能锻炼。结果术后伤口愈合良好，术后3周拆除外固定，行系统康复理疗。骨性愈合后取出内固定，9例骨折愈合良好。结论应用改良张力带法治疗掌指骨干粉碎性骨折是一种可靠的治疗方法。

Objective To introduce the improved tension-belt-method for treating comminuted fracture of palm and finger backbone. Methods From September 2006 to September 2011, 2 cases with comminuted fracture of palm backbone, 7 cases finger backbone were fixed by improved tension-belt, and early functional exercise was performed after surgery. Results Postoperative wound healing was good, after 3 weeks removed external fixation, and with system rehabilitation physical therapy. Osseous healing was foumd in 9 cases. Conclusion It is a reliable treatment that using improved tension-belt to repair comminuted fracture of palm and finger backbone.
