摘要
司法作为一个国家法律系统的有机组织部分,所具有的司法自治力、司法说服力和司法确定力,集中反映司法在法律生活中的信用程度和社会公众对司法的信任与认可程度。司法公信力的强弱在一定程度上表征着法律在社会生活中的地位、社会主体的规则意识和秩序形态,对法律权威的实现和扩展、法治意识的培育与发展、社会秩序的维护和建构具有积极的意义。
Judicature is an organic component of a national legal system. Its judicial autonomy~ persua- sion and determination centre on the degree to which the public recognize and trust justice. The strength of judicial credibility can reflect to a certain extent the status of law in social life and the rule and order consciousness of social subjects. Therefore, it is of positive significance for the realization and expansion of legal authority, for the cultivation and development of law consciousness, and for maintaining and constructing social order.
