摘要
螺旋孔型斜轧加工技术广泛用于轧制钢球 ,但在球墨铸铁的轧制中存在着一些轧制缺陷 .本文分析了在目前试验中球墨铸铁螺旋孔型斜轧存在的缺陷之一——贴皮现象产生的原因 ,并建立了其力学模型 ,为解决这一问题提供了理论依据.
In this paper, the mechanics model are established for the rolling defects existing in the current experiment of rolling spherical cast by screw groove diagonal rolling, which usually is used to roll steel ball, and it offers theoretical foundation for solving of the problem
