摘要
为提高槽轮机构的工作质量及高副的使用寿命 ,以单销四槽外槽轮机构为例 ,通过运动学和动力学分析 ,推导出高副的接解应力公式 ,并提出改善疲劳磨损、提高寿命和工作质量的措施 .
For rising the working quality and life of grooved wheel mechanism, we use the single pinfour out groove grooved wheel as an example, by analysis of kinematis and dynamics, the formula of contact stress has been decluced in trhis paper.Some measures of improving fatigue attrition, rising life and working quality have heen also raised.
