细纱机主轴系统支承动反力的识别(英文)

摘要 细纱机主轴系统是一个多盘多支承系统 ,滚动轴承作为主轴的支承被安装在墙板上 .即使滚盘和主轴系统的动平衡比较好 ,轴的原始弯曲 ,支承、滚盘和联轴节的安装误差 ,残余不平衡量也会引起支承动反力和细纱机的振动 .支承动反力通常可用应变测量技术直接测量 ,但应变片的粘结和系统的标定比较困难 ,而且在一般情况下信噪比较低 .本文中提出了一个间接方法 ,利用线性转子模型 ,分别用理论分析和试验方法确定系统的频响 (传递 )函数矩阵 .运转状态下支承的振动幅度可用传感器直接测量 ,最终就可获得支承动反力 . The main shaft system of ring frame is a rotor bearing system with multi disk and multi bearing.The roller bearings are assembled on wall plates as the supportings of the main shafe.Even though the balancing of the disk and main shaft system are done precisely ,the residual unbalance,the original bending of shaft and the assembling errors of supportings,disks,and joints can cause the dynamic reaction force in the supportings and vibration of ring frame.Dynamic reaction forces in supportings can normally determined by direct measurement techniques like strain gauges,but the stick of strain gauges and the calibration of the system are difficult,and in generately signal to noise ratio is low.This paper presents an indirect method,in which frequency response transfer function matrices are analytically and experimentally determined respectively,using linear rotor models.The operating vibration amplitudes of supportings are directly measured by sensors.We obtain the dynamic reaction forces in supportings.
