摘要
在设计的导向管喷动床干燥试验台上 ,对小麦进行了喷动特性和干燥的试验研究 .研究结果表明 ,导向管喷动床干燥器的Δpm 和vmin小于普通喷动床干燥器 ,对料层厚度变化不敏感 。
A dust spouted bed rying test rig was design.Experimental research on the characteristics of spout kinetics and drying wheat were carried out.Research results indicated that Δp m and v min of duct spouted bed dryer were less than that of commonly spouted bed dryer.The change of wheat thickness had a little effect on the Δp m and v min of duct spouted bed dryer and it was a high efficiency and high speed dryer used for drying granule materials.
