摘要
利用 D4 与氨乙基氨丙基硅烷等单体的本体聚合反应可制得相对分子质量 Mn为1 71 0 0、Mw为 3 75 0 0的氨乙基氨丙基硅油 ,将其用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等乳化制得了粒径为 0 .0 2 5 μm透明状硅微乳 .聚酯 /粘胶共混织物——平纹竹节呢用 1 %的该硅乳整理 ,烘干、定型后则具有柔软滑爽的手感和良好的回弹性 .和空白布样相比 ,氨乙基氨丙基硅乳整理织物的弯曲刚度大幅度降低 ,折皱回复角。
D 4 copolymerizing with 3-[2-(amino ethyl) amino] propylsiloxane give an 3-[2-(amino ethyl) amino] propyl group-containing silicone(Mn17100,Mw37500),which can be easily emulsified into a transparent micro-emulsion of particle size 0.025 μ m by fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. Polyester/rayon blends are padded with above emulsion, dried, cured, give the fabrics with soft hand、smoothness and good elasticity. The finished polyester/rayon bending rigidity is intensely reduced, the fabric wrinkle recovery angle、bursting and tearing strength are enhanced, as compared with the fabric without finishing.
