摘要
以纤维素酶处理碾磨后的海藻粉 ,合理控制酶解条件 ,能显著提高海藻脂质的得率。经优化实验获得酶解最适条件为 :加酶量0 727 %、温度55℃、pH值5 5、酶反应时间4h。
Using cellulase deals with milled powder of seaweed and controls the condition of enzyme decompound in reason,which can increase the extraction rate of lipid of seaweed in evidence.We obtain the optimal condition of enzyme decompound by optimizing experiment:dosage of Cellulase(Cellulase/Seaweed,%)remains0 727%,temperature55℃,pH5 5,reaction time of Cellulase is 4 hours.
