摘要
红景天是一种具有保健作用的野生植物资源 ,提取其有效成分 ,配伍其它营养辅助因子 ,可制得风味独特、口感良好的保健饮品。试验对取汁方法和产品配方等主要工艺进行了研究。
Rhodiola is the wild plant and the ideal health source We extract its effective composition and add other subsidiaries to develop natural health beverage. The product has special nice flavour and high nutrition and healthy value. In this paper main processing technology, such as method of juice extraction and the prescription were studied.
