蝎毒复合胶囊合并放疗治疗中晚期肿瘤患者的临床研究

Clinical treatment of the tumor in medium and advanced stage with capsules of antineoplastic factor of scorpion venom combined with radiotherapy

目的 :探讨蝎毒复合胶囊 (capsulesofantineoplasticfactorofscorpionvenom ,CAFSV)配合放疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法 :84例同期中晚期恶性肿瘤患者 ,随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 41例 ,对照组 43例。治疗组采用CAFSV口服 ,3次 /d ,2粒 /次 ,连续用药 7周 ,配合常规放疗 ;对照组单纯放疗。观察 2组患者在治疗前后的生存质量、T细胞亚群的变化及肿瘤退缩情况。结果 :治疗组的生存质量卡氏评分、免疫功能提高 ,肿瘤明显缩小 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CAFSV具有抑制肿瘤生长 。

Aim: In order to observe the effect of clinical treatment of the tumor in medium and advanced stage with capsules of antineoplastic factor of scorpion venom(CAFSV) combined with radiotherapy. Methods: 84 patients with medium and advanced tumor in the same period were divided into 2 groups, 41 in treated group and 43 in control group. Combined with ordinary radiotherapy, the patients in treated group were given CAFSV orally for seven weeks, 2 pills once and 3 times each day. Those in control group were treated by radiotheraphy merely. It was observed on quality of life (QOL), changes of immune system function and reduction of tumors after treatments. Results: The karnofsky and immune system function were improved, and tumors reduced obviously in treated group. Compared with control group, it was significantly different( P <0.05). Conclusion : CAFSV possesses the inhibitory effect on tumor growth and can enhance effects of radiotherapy.
