两个昆明小鼠封闭群部分生物学特性的比较

The comparative study on biological character of two closed colony KM mice

目的 :比较河南医科大学实验动物中心昆明 (KM)小鼠与河北医科大学KM小鼠两个封闭群部分生物学特性的差异。方法 :测量小鼠身长 ,尾长 ,血液指标 ,尾椎节数及长度。结果 :身长无差异 ,血液常规指标 6项无差异。 2 0周龄、30周龄尾长差异显著 ;30周龄河南医科大学实验动物中心KM小鼠尾骨为 2 6节 ,而从河北医科大学引进的KM小鼠封闭群为 2 8节。结论

Aim:To compare biological character of two closed colony KM mice from Henan Medical University and Hebei Medical University. Methods: Body length and tail length of mice were measured at the age of 3, 20 and 30 weeks. The mice blood routine examination were carried out and tail bone were numbered. Results: There was difference in tail length at the age of 20 and 30 weeks but not in body length and blood routine. The number of tail bone is different. Conclusion:KM mice from Henan Medical University are difference in tail length and the number of tail bone from the KM mice of Hebei Medical University
