雀儿舌头中氨基酸含量测定

Determination of the content of amino acids in Leptous Chinensis(Bunge)Pojark

目的 :测定雀儿舌头叶、秆中氨基酸的含量。方法 :使用氨基酸自动分析仪 ,在水解条件下测定叶、秆中氨基酸的含量。结果和结论 :雀儿舌头叶、秆中均含有 8种人体必需氨基酸。

Aim:To determine the composition and the contents of amino acids in the leaves and stems of Leptous(Bunge)Pojark. Methods:Determined the contents by automatic analyzer for amino acids. Results and Conclusion:Eight kinds of human essential amino acids were detected both in the leaves and stems. The total amino acid contents in hydrolysate amounted to 8.80% in leaves and 13.10% in stems. The content of amino acids in stems was higher than that in leaves.
