不同类型标本的衰老相关β-半乳糖苷酶染色方法

Use of histochemical staining of senescence associated β galactosidase

目的 :研究衰老相关 β 半乳糖苷酶 (SA β Gal)组化染色在不同类型组织切片中的应用。方法 :比较血涂片、冰冻切片及石蜡切片在不同条件下SA β Gal的显色效果。结果与结论 :冰冻切片结果良好 ;石蜡切片经抗原修复后 ,结果不及未经抗原修复者 ;血涂片以 40g/L多聚甲醛固定 45min者效果最佳。SA β Gal可用于不同类型的组织标本。

Aim: To study the use of senescence associated β galactosidase (SA β Gal) staining in various types of specimens. Methods: Among blood smears, frozen sections and paraffin sections the different cell staining effects were compared. Results and Conclusion:The cell staining effect in frozen sections was good. In paraffin sections, the effects in the specimens treated without antigen restoration were better than those with antigen restoration. 40 g/L paraformadehyde fixation for 45 minutes was the optimal condition for blood smear staining.
