坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的观察坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效及其对血脂的影响。方法选取2010年1月～2011年12月在我院就诊的高血压患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。对照组予以贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以坎地沙坦治疗。观察两组的疗效,治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为95.38%,对照组的总有效率为81.54%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,收缩压、舒张压和脉压水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),而观察组较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05或<0.01)。治疗后观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平较治疗前和对照组出现明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。对照组的不良反应率为15.38%,高于观察组的3.08%(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效显著,能缓解血脂水平,毒副作用小,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of candesartan combined with benazepril in patients with essential hypertension and its effects on blood lipids. Methods 130 hypertensive patients in our hospital, from January 2010 to December 2011, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 65 cases. The control group was treated with benazepril, the observation group was gave candesartan on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.38%, 81.54%in control group, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of SBP, DBP and PP after treatment were lower significantly than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, while the levels of observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C and HDL-C after treatment reduce significantly than those before treatment and in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. The rates of adverse reactions in control group was 15.38% higher than 3.08% in observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of candesartan combined with benazepril in patients with essential hypertension is obvious, can relieve the levels of lipid, lower the side effects, it is worth to spread.
