口腔医生职业倦怠最优尺度回归

摘要 目的研究不同社会人口学和社会心理因素对口腔医生职业倦怠的影响,为制定合理干预措施提供依据。方法采用组合问卷对287名口腔医生进行调查,进行统计学描述,并进一步采用最优尺度回归法分析筛选口腔医生职业倦怠的影响因素建立回归方程。结果经过最优尺度回归筛选出有意义的自变量建立回归模型(P<0.001)显示职业倦怠是受多因素影响的。情感衰竭的前三位影响因素为:生活满意度、躯体疼痛、完成工作需要时间;玩世不恭的前三位影响因素为:对本专业的兴趣、躯体疼痛、生活满意度;成就感低落的前三位影响因素为:消极应对、客观支持、生活满意度。结论众多社会人口学和社会心理因素与口腔医生职业倦怠相关,针对不同群体的职业倦怠特征需采取有针对性的干预措施。 Objective To discover the relationship between dental job burnout and social-demographic factors together with psychosocial factors, in order to carry out proper interventions. Methods 287 dentists were surveyed with a combination-questionnaires, which were analysed by means of optimal scale regression analysis. Results Dental job burnout is a multifactorial issue and the most statistic significant factors (P〈0.001) were filtered out to build a regression model. The top-three influential factors of emotion exhaustion are life satisfaction, physical pain and time consumption of work. The top-three influential factors of cynicism are professional interest, physical pain and life satisfaction. The top-three influential factors of diminished personal accomplishment are negative coping, objective support and life satisfaction. Conclusion Many socio-demographic and psychosocial factors are related to dental job burnout which calls for characterized interventions targeting each specific groups.
