摘要
目的探讨细节管理在消毒供应室护理管理中的重要作用。方法从2011年消毒供应室护理管理施行细节管理,对比细节管理在医护人员中的满意度。结果实施前,医务人员的总体满意率为78%(156/200),实施细节管理后,医务人员的总体满意率显著提高,达到93%(186/200),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节管理实施后,护理人员的服务意识、差错防范意识、安全问题识别能力和检测合格率均显著上升,实施前后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在消毒供应中心的应用,有利于提高护理质量和临床科室满意度,值得护理工作的大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the details of management in the nursing management of sterile supply an important role. Methods The hospital sterile supply room nursing management purposes of the details of management from 2008, compared to the satisfaction of the details of management in the eliminate health care workers. Results before the implementation of the medical staff of the overall satisfaction rate of 78% (156/200), the implementation details of management, the medical staff of the overall satisfaction rate significantly increased, reaching 93 % (186/200), a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). After the implementation of the details of management, the nurses' sense of service, error awareness, security issues, the ability to identify and detect the pass rates were significantly increased, before and after the implementation of a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The details of the care in the application of the sterile supply center, help to improve the quality of care and satisfaction of clinical departments, it is worth vigorously promote the use of nursing work.
